Thermax Steam Sparged Water Bath
Thermax Steam Sparged Water Bath Vaporizers offer an extremely reliable and high flow vaporizer option. A stainless steel tube bundle is submerged in a bath of hot water. The water is maintained to a set point by injecting steam though proprietary sparges into the bath. Condensate is continually drained off. The cryogen is vaporized and superheated through the tube bundle that is fit with proprietary vortex generators. The bath provides ballast for vaporization even during steam outages.
A steam control valve with controller is included as part of the standard package. Standard units are available to 1.5 MSCFH.
